How many CE Hours do I need to renew my South Carolina real estate license?

For Salesperson & Broker license
For agents renewing their licenses must complete a total of 10 continuing education hours every two years by June 30. The 10 hours consist of a 4-hour mandatory core course and 6 hours of electives.

For Broker In Charge license
For Broker In Charges renewing their licenses must complete a total of 10 continuing education hours every two years by June 30. The 10 hours consist of a 4-hour mandatory core course, 4-hour mandatory BIC course, and 2 hours of electives.
If you are a resident of South Carolina and have a North Carolina license, the South Carolina Real Estate Commission requires you to meet their continuing education requirements.
If you are a SC resident and have a firm in North Carolina, you will have to complete both state's continuing education requirements to renew both your licenses.
If you are resident of North Carolina and have a South Carolina license, the South Carolina Real Estate Commission exempts you from completing their continuing education as long as you meet NC Real Estate Commission's continuing education requirements.
