South Carolina Continuing Education
SC Real Estate Commission's Continuing Education Requirements:

​Associate and Broker licensees who have an expiration date of June 30, will need to complete 6-hours of Electives and 4-hours of mandatory Core continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credential.
Brokers-in-Charge licensees must complete a mandatory 4-hours Broker-in-Charge, 4-hours of Core, and 2-hours Elective continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credential.

Complete and return the Registration form.

Select & Pay
After reviewing and returning both NC & SC Policy forms via mailed, emailed, or faxed. Select and pay for your course to secure your enrollment. Within 2 business days from your payment submission, expect an email confirmation.
