South Carolina Continuing Education
SC Real Estate Commission's Continuing Education Requirements:
Associate and Broker licensees who have an expiration date of June 30, will need to complete 6-hours of Electives and 4-hours of mandatory Core continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credential.
Brokers-in-Charge licensees must complete a mandatory 4-hours Broker-in-Charge, 4-hours of Core, and 2-hours Elective continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credential.

Registration Step 2:
Select & Pay
After reviewing the SC Policy form, select and pay for your course to secure enrollment. Within 5 days of your course start date, expect an instruction email that includes your Zoom link, materials, and site location, if applicable.
