This bundle provides 4-hour MULTI-STATE elective credits across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, along with SC's 4-hour mandatory CORE credits.
SC Real Estate Commission's Continuing Education Requirements:
Associate and Broker licensees with an expiration date of June 30 must complete 6 hours of Electives and 4 hours of mandatory Core continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credentials.
Brokers-in-Charge licensees must complete a mandatory 4-hour Broker-in-Charge, 4 hours of Core, and 2-hour Elective continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credentials.
Dual Elective Hours credit is available for North Carolina and South Carolina licensees.
