Broker Core Courses:
An associate licensee with at least 5 years of full-time experience within the last 7 years must complete an additional 60 hours, Broker A & Broker B, to obtain an SC Broker's license.

The commission shall issue licenses as associate, broker, or property manager classifications. No individual may be licensed in more than one classification at the same time

Broker A And Broker B courses may be taken in any order.

Registration Step 1:
Review and Return Your Policy Form
You must be at least 21 years old to register with 3 years of salesperson experience within the last 5 years to attend any Broker course. Complete and return the SC Policy. It may be mailed to PO Box 532, Huntersville, NC 28070, emailed to info@compsacademy.com, or faxed to 866-467-3003

After reviewing and returning SC Policy form via mailed, emailed, or faxed. Select and pay for your course to secure your enrollment. Within 2 business days from your payment submission, expect an email confirmation.
