Broker Core Courses:
Salesperson licensee with at least 3 years full time experience within the last 5 year must complete an additional 60 hours, Broker A & Broker B, to obtain a SC Broker's license.
The commission shall issue licenses in the classifications of salesperson, broker, or property manager. No individual may be licensed in more than one classification at the same time

Broker A And Broker B courses may be taken in any order.

Registration Step 1:
Review and Return Your Policy Form
You must be at least 21 years old to register with 3 years of salesperson experience within the last 5 years to attend any Broker course. Complete and return the SC Policy form. It may be mailed to PO Box 532, Huntersville, NC 28070 , emailed to info@compsacdemy.com, or faxed to 866-467-3003
