This is an instructor-led course.

Applicants must complete a Commission-approved, 60-hour (Unit 1) Fundamentals of Real Estate, pass the state-administered exam, and complete an additional 30-hour (Unit 2) Advanced Principles to obtain a South Carolina salesperson license.

JANUARY 2027 WEEKEND COHORT: January 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30 and 31, 8:30 AM–5 PM Eastern via live Zoom. Daily instruction: 8:30–10:15 AM, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM, 1–3 PM and 3:15–5 PM. Breaks excluded from instructional time: 10:15–10:30 AM, 12:30–1 PM lunch and 3–3:15 PM. This provides 7.5 instructional hours per day across eight days, totaling 60 instructional hours.
