This is a virtual instructor led course.
 
Applicants must complete a Commission-approved, 60-hour (unit 1) Fundamentals of Real Estate, pass the state-administered the exam, and complete an additional 30-hour (Unit 2)  Advanced Principles to obtain a South Carolina's salesperson license.
