South Carolina Associate Prelicensing — Unit II, Advanced Real Estate Principles (30 instructional hours).
Weekend intensive: Saturday and Sunday, December 5–6 and 12–13, 2026, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern each day. Four 7.5-hour instructional days, with a planned 30-minute noninstructional lunch each day.
Format: Instructor-led live Zoom, subject to final course/delivery authorization checks.

Online school assessments: Students take course assessments through Comps Academy's designated student testing site, at a convenient time subject to assessment access requirements and any applicable proctoring. No additional fixed classroom test appointment is scheduled. The separate South Carolina state licensing examination is not included in this school testing flexibility.
Registration: NOW OPEN for the December 5–13 weekend class. Class login and school assessment instructions follow registration. School compliance verification of the approved module timetable remains in progress. This is prelicensing education, not CE.
Class time: Instruction through 4:30 PM, followed by an optional 4:30–5:00 PM student testing-site window. This online school assessment time is separate from the required 30 instructional hours. Students may take assessments at another permitted time, subject to the school's testing rules and any required supervision. This is not the state licensing exam.
