Any education certificates issued by Comps Academy is valid for five years from its issued date for South Carolina education. The SC Commission will recognize your education credit during this five year grace period.
We often have students who are currently investing in real estate but what they should know about real estate to successfully grow their business. Therefore, they take our course and have up to 5 years to decide if they desire to pursue their real estate licenses.
Then we have students who have successfully complete our course then have those "life happens" moments which may mean they have put their real estate goals aside for now. They too have up to 5 years to pursue their real estate goals without having to retake the course.
