This is an instructor led course via Zoom or In Person.
 
Applicants must complete a Commission-approved, (Unit 1) 60-hour Fundamentals of Real Estate course, pass the state-administered the exam, and complete an additional (Unit 2) 30-hour Advanced Principles to obtain a South Carolina's salesperson license.

      Glad I found this school

      I took the Property the management course and now planning to go back for the real estate course. I highly recommend Comps Academy, Vonnie is very knowledgeable, personable, fun and focused which made learning very enjoyable for me.
