SC Real Estate Commission's Continuing Education Requirements:
 
SC BIC+  Total Hours Bundle
SC Elective: 4 Hours ( 2 hours carryover)
SC Core: 4 Hours
SC BIC: 4 Hours
 
 
Brokers-in-Charge licensees must complete a mandatory 4-hour Broker-in-Charge, 4-hour  Core, and 2-hour Elective continuing education courses to enable them to renew their credentials.  
 
This course will provide two elective hours to carry over to the next renewal period.
