Payment Plan Policy
REFUND OR TRANSFER POLICY:
Refund/cancellation requests will be accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled class and only 80% of the course fee will be refunded. If you do not cancel, you will be charged full tuition. These requests must be made in writing and either postmarked or presented in person 48 hours in advance to COMPS Academy. Refunds will not be processed for persons who have attended any portion of the course. Refunds will be processed without a request for any classes canceled by the Academy. Refunds will be made within two weeks of the request. If changes are requested within 24 hours prior to class, fees may be transferred to another class.
Comps Academy Real Estate School offers students the opportunity to participate in an easy payment plan.
The First payment minimum is 25% of the cost of the class
The Second payment minimum is 50% of the cost of the class
The Final payment pays off the remaining balance.
First payment due: Upon registration
Second payment due: 30 days before class starts
Final payment due: 1 week before class starts

Payment Plan Example:
You want to attend a Pre-Licensing course beginning on December 15. The cost of the course is $495.
First payment due at Registration = $ 165.00
Second payment due by November 15 = $ 165.00
Final payment due by December 7 = $ 165.00
First payment due at Registration = $ 247.50
Final payment due by December 7 = $ 247.50
